We work with all types of institutions – traditional foundations, impact investors, family and individual philanthropists, and corporations – to identify opportunities to achieve social impact. We believe strongly that everyone has a role to play in building the equitable society we envision, and that our current framing of the “social sector” is too limited.

We design strategies, programs, and systems that take into account the unique assets and influence each institution or individual holds, while respecting and honoring the time, expertise, and capacity of leaders in their respective fields. Ultimately, we aim for mutual benefit, cross-sector shared learning, and continuous improvement in both the organizations and broader sectors in which we work.

We help assess what organizations, programs, and ideas to invest in, how to think about and understand impact, and how to communicate that to key stakeholders.
