In her consulting practice, Kelly focuses on program design + strategy development, organizational + team development, executive coaching, and nonprofit board governance + recruitment. She has served on a variety of local advisory and leadership boards, including Mindful Life Project where she currently serves as board chair, Year Up Bay Area, and San Francisco Education Fund. Kelly was recognized in 2020 as one of San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in the Bay Area.
